Freda Green Bolling

Freda’s passion, purpose, and commitment to advocacy led her to earn her real estate license in 2012, and her love for educating and training inspired her to volunteer for over 10 years as a certified trainer/facilitator for the VHDA First-time Homebuyer Education Program.

She has worked in educating and empowering people just like you through the intricacies of the home buying process. Moreover, as a Housing Counselor, Freda can help provide you with plans and pathways to achieve your desired goals.

As an advocate for safe and affordable housing, Freda also served as a community volunteer for nine years on the board of directors of a local housing non-profit corporation. She is a native of Richmond and has lived in Church Hill since purchasing her home in 2006.

Freda absolutely enjoys city living and is grateful and excited to put her decade-plus of experience to work in helping you personally realize your dream of homeownership.
