Q: How much income do I need in order to be eligible for the program?
Each eligible participant should earn at least $1800 monthly. (This can be a combination of Wages, TANF, Child Support, Pension, and/or Social Security Income. )
Q: How long does the process take?
Urban Hope is a 3-36 month program depending on individual financial circumstances and housing availability.
Q: Where will I live?
All of Urban Hope's homes are located in the East End of Richmond.
Q: Do you provide financial assistance?
Urban Hope is unable to provide financial assistance.
Q: Will my home be based on my income?
Urban Hope places families in rental units that fit their income. 30% of your household's net monthly income, less average utilities, is the amount considered affordable.
