Affordable Rentals
We understand that looking for housing can be stressful.
This is why Urban Hope is a long-term sustainability program for individuals seeking affordable housing and/or pathways to homeownership.
Our housing stock consists of 1-4 bedroom units. While we are working to increase our capacity to house larger families, we are limited to the current layout of our community. We welcome Housing Choice Voucher holders.
Due to the affordability of our rental units, we have a low vacancy rate throughout the year. However, being placed on our waiting list and working through regular one-on-one financial coaching is the fastest and easiest way to move into an Urban Hope unit.
Check out our initial qualifications below.
At this time, our waitlist is closed.
